Service area questions

How far do you travel?

About 50 miles from Idaho Falls, including communities from Blackfoot and Pocatello to Rexburg, St. Anthony, Driggs and Victor. Everything inside that radius is a no-service-call-fee trip. Further out is still possible — call and ask.

Is there a fee for coming out to my town?

No. There is no service-call fee anywhere inside the 50-mile radius. You pay for the work performed, not for the drive.

Do the outer towns still get same-day service?

Often, yes — it depends on where the day already has us. Idaho Falls and Ammon are the most likely to be same-day. Call in the morning and we will tell you honestly what is realistic.

Do you cover the whole area after hours?

Yes. We are open 24 hours Monday to Saturday and answer across the whole radius, not just in Idaho Falls. We are closed Sunday.
